This vintage-style Villa Catalana wedding inspiration shoot blends timeless elegance with Italian countryside charm. Set in Oregon wine country, it features fresh lemon décor, soft cream florals, heirloom-style china, and Mediterranean details—perfect for couples dreaming of a romantic vineyard wedding.
Vintage Details for Your Villa Catalana Wedding
From the moment you stepped into the courtyard of Villa Catalana, the ambiance was instantly transportive. Inspired by the classic hues and textures of the Italian coast, this design leaned into old-world elegance with an artistic twist. Real lemons were used throughout the shoot—not only on the sweetheart table and within the centerpiece florals, but also adorning the invitation suite and welcome signage. These little citrus gems added a burst of color and authenticity, evoking a sense of sunshine and summer.
The table settings embraced a soft and refined look: vintage blue and white porcelain plates provided the foundation, accented with blue crystal goblets and polished gold flatware. The texture and color of each place setting felt elevated yet warm, like dining al fresco at a villa in Tuscany.
Elegant Arbor & Sweetheart Table Inspiration
The sweetheart table was the visual heart of this shoot, set beneath a breathtaking half-moon arbor overflowing with cream, blue, and soft white blooms, designed by the talented team at Darling Dahlia. Suspended above the table, a crystal chandelier added a touch of glam and glowed beautifully in the natural light.
To continue the romantic Italian theme, the catering featured curated charcuterie by Beyond The Board, and a soft blue and white custom cookie set by Lehman Cookie Company perfectly mirrored the intricate floral pattern of the china. The results were not only photogenic but also filled with texture, pattern, and personality.
Styled Villa Catalana Wedding with Mediterranean Flair
This vision of Mediterranean elegance was curated and styled by lead photographer Renee Walker Photography and Beneath The Pines PNW, with Erica from Events by E leading the planning. Every vendor played an essential role in creating the atmosphere, from the dreamy lemon-and-floral paper goods by Wild Berry Paper Studio to the timeless gown from Ania Bridal.
Desire with West Coast Makeup and Hair created a soft, vintage-inspired beauty look that perfectly complemented the romantic styling, while jewelry by TAG Gifts added a touch of sparkle with hand-picked, custom pieces. Rentals from Birdie June Events and Sol & Moon Events tied the scene together with graceful textures and old-world details.
